The Teams

It takes a dedicated team of engineers, athletes, logisticians and sponsors to field a racing submarine. Each team is fully responsible for the development of their submarine, including marketing and sponsorship. A total of 19 teams from 9 countries from all around the world have taken part at the final race of the eISR over the past 12 years. Each year, around 100 university students in engineering, management, human movement science, graphic design and beyond take part. In total, there are around 700 eISR alumni. Here you can meet the teams and learn a bit more about their history and successes at the eISR.
